regulatory personnel and the customer service departments

Independent Third-Party Verification
AGR Group is happy to use an independent third-party verfication company of our client's choosing or we can recommend one of several excellent verification companies with whom we have established relationships.
- All sales will be verified by an independent organization selected by the client or by AGR Group.
- All verifications will be recorded so the client can listen to any verification at any time.
- All verifications record the entire conversation, and WAV sound files are provided to the client upon request.
- The verifications confirm the enrollment process. This first-hand information is obtained on all accounts and retained during the life of the program.
- All customer acquisition calls are also recorded and available for review at any point in the program.
If our client elects to do its own verification of orders, AGR Group will work with the client to establish a smooth and easy process for the order transfer.
