AGR Group has earned a reputation as the best customer acquisition team in the energy business. It’s a bold statement, for sure, but one that is difficult to argue.

Since 2002, we’ve developed long-term partnerships with some of the largest companies in the retail energy industry. We’ve added millions of customers through organic sales channels, bringing valuable products to the consumer marketplace and driving the revenue lines of our clients.

To survive in the telesales business, an organization needs two critical components: volume and quality.

Any sales organization must be able to produce new customers, of course, and grow the business for their clients. At AGR Group, we’ve devoted our entire business model to support of the energy industry. Our representatives are subject matter experts who understand the needs and concerns of the end user. In short, we know how to sell.

Quality is even more important than volume, however. Customer complaints or Do Not Call violations will bring any campaign crashing down, bringing brand goodwill along with it. Penalties to offenders are severe. Our jobs are at stake.

AGR Group has always taken great pride in our compliance record. In almost 14 years of outbound calling, through countless millions of customer touches, we have never had one substantiated Federal Do Not Call violation. Not one. Yet I’ve seen several clients and ex-clients pay heavy penalties for engaging call centers that did not meet our standards.

The minefield of customer contact violations is only getting worse. We estimate the outstanding litigations in US and Canada total close to $3 billion in fines for violations of Federal DNC, illegal robo calling, TCPA violations and the like.

Class action suits are all the rage. Attorneys General are now proactively approached by eager lawyers offering slam-dunk prosecutions and consumer-advocacy headlines, often built out of single phone-call misstep.

Storm clouds are coming, but our clients will not get wet.

All Global Resources is the customer-contact data affiliate of AGR Group. It’s General Manager, Dan Rieke, has just earned the prestigious Customer Engagement Compliance Professional (CECP) certification.

The CECP certification program is administered by the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), and is an extremely demanding and comprehensive course designed to train the Jedi Masters of customer-contact regulation.

Dan completed more than a dozen lectures, nearly 1,000 pages of statute review and a rigorous written exam to become one of only 42 professionals across the country to have earned CECP certification.

We are extremely proud of his individual accomplishment, and the ongoing message it sends to our clients: AGR Group understands what’s at stake, and we’ve got your back.

All Global Resources Announces Certification

agrtrans1All Global Resources, a leader in contact data methodologies for the multi-channel marketing industry, proudly announces its General Manager, Dan Rieke, has earned the prestigious Customer Engagement Compliance Professional (CECP) certification.

The CECP certification program, administered by the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), is the most comprehensive compliance training in the multi-channel marketing industry. It covers jurisdictional laws and regulations related to customer engagement through a variety of marketing channels including telesales, internet, email, fax, and mobile marketing.

Rieke is one of only 42 professionals across the country to have earned CECP certification, providing All Global Resources clients an extra measure of quality assurance.

Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) can result in total fines of more than $50,000.00 for a single phone call, potentially turning one wayward campaign into penalties in the millions. Class action lawsuits and attention to the issue by Attorneys General is on the rise, adding to the industry’s cautionary approach.

“Adherence to customer contact laws is absolutely essential in the multi-channel marketing industry,” Rieke said. “Our clients trust us to provide them with risk-free data, and we’re proud of our track record in that regard. The CECP certification was accomplished with our clients interests in mind, and it frankly sets us apart from the competition in the data industry.”

CECP certification provides a comprehensive understanding of contact laws for both the U.S. and Canada, as well as best-practices risk avoidance and litigation defense in establishing an environment of statutory compliance for one’s company, affiliates, clients, and vendors.

“Dan has become an opinion leader in his field, and we’re extremely proud of his accomplishments,” said Matt Judkin, president of All Global Resources’ parent company, AGR Group. “His CECP certification illustrates our total commitment to providing our clients with valuable, effective data while taking every measure to minimize risk. Dan and his team are simply the best at what they do.”
