McCarty Hired to Champion New Services
The AGR growth story continues as we welcome aboard Kelly McCarty as new Vice President of Business Development.
Kelly will focus her attention primarily on building our Home Warranty and inbound Customer Service offerings. Those are areas of our business in which we’ve had good success despite relatively little engagement in past. Frankly, we’ve been too focused on 
growing other parts of the company to really pursue the opportunities. Our recent growth trajectory has allowed for natural expansion, but we needed another oar in the water. Kelly has a firm grip, and sees exactly where we’re headed.
“We’re ready to really put some resources behind our warranty plans and inbound campaigns,” Chief Operating Officer Adolfo Quintero said. “We have the infrastructure and the skills, and we see a great market opportunity. Kelly is a real go-getter who is enthusiastic and eager for the challenge. We’re excited to have her on board.”
Kelly joins AGR after a long and active career in the auto collision repair industry. She currently serves as Technical Chair of the California Auto Body Association, is a past president of that organization, and has been recognized for her legislative affairs work in support of its cause. Kelly will rely on her extensive training background and managerial skills to solicit and bring on new clients with those offerings.
