Matt Judkin
President and Co-Founder
At the helm of AGR Group, Inc., is Matt Judkin, President and Co-Founder, who brings vision and passion to every aspect of the company. He is an active participant in the day-to-day operation, while maintaining an exterior view to continuously monitor and analyze statistics and evaluate data to better deliver a quality product to our clients. An adept multi-tasker, Matt might be tagging on a call, implementing incentive programs for the telesales reps, streamlining training techniques, whatever is needed to provide the very best product for our client. Matt brings his background in sales to client programs and is responsible for transferring his knowledge and sales expertise to AGR Group's expanding sales force in order to meet client sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prior to AGR Group, Inc., Matt was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Co-Founder of Mueller Energy Group.
Matt's background includes acting as the Director of Sales and Business Development for David Morse & Associates, establishing a successful regional start-up organization for the company. He is also a veteran fund-raiser in the field of the humanities and has been personally responsible for raising over $5 million in charitable contributions.

Herb Zerden
CFO and Co-Founder
Herb Zerden, CFO and Co-Founder of AGR Group, Inc., ensures that the technical and operational delivery demands of clients are met continuously, including compliance with the requirements of the PUCs and other regulatory agencies. A diligent task-master with adept technical skills, Herb manages a technical team that consistently out-performs every industry competitor in the quality of orders generated, order acceptances, accuracy of data transfers, and regulatory compliance. Previously Herb was Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of Mueller Energy Group, Inc.
Herb is a successful entrepreneur and operations executive with extensive experience in the creation and management of start-up and mid-size organizations in both the energy and telecommunications industries. He founded and sold his multi-million dollar telecommunications start-up to an international telecommunications organization. Following the sale of his company, Herb functioned as an energy industry consultant and business development expert for several East Coast energy marketing customer acquisition companies.

Adolfo
Quintero, VP of Administration and Co-Founder of AGR Group, Inc., ensures the quality and profitability
of delivery. Adolfo is a master at employee motivation, employee training, and
process efficiency and ensures the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for
our clients are met every single hour of the day. His operational expertise is
known internally at AGR Group as "the secret weapon." Previously he was in the
same capacity with Mueller Energy Group.
Prior to joining Mueller Energy, Adolfo had a long and successful working relationship as Operations Manager with Mueller Worldwide and with LDS, a telecommunications company. His expertise encompasses both the energy and high technology industries. He has successfully managed customer acquisition, sales, and demand generation programs for Fortune companies, and has expertise leading operations teams with several hundred headcount.
